Don McIntosh - Development Director

Don was an early leader within the online recruitment sector spending 3 years as UK Managing Director of Top Jobs on the Net and a member of the plc executive managing all European operations.
He was also the Chairman of the AOLR, a specialist section of the REC, from its launch in September 2000 and is currently on the committee of the Online Recruitment Marketing Council.

In addition to over 5 years experience in e-recruitment, Don has over 12 years of direct recruitment experience. This included six years as Managing Director of a Technical and Executive recruitment consultancy within the Adecco Group and 3 years as Director and General Manager of an international recruitment company.

Don is a graduate qualified chartered engineer who in addition to a technical background spent 7 years within the Direct Marketing industry, gaining a diploma in direct marketing.

Howard Lago - Commercial Director

Howard worked for the Lombard Group for many years where he held various senior positions including Sales Director and latterly Managing Director of Lombard Motor Finance.
During this time he was responsible, as a line manager, for the recruitment of hundreds of staff.

Howard has held senior interim leadership roles with Nissan Finance, Vauxhall Masterhire and Saab Finance. He has also led key projects within major institutions in Financial Services to streamline and improve the cost of recruiting, the quality of recruits and the retention of good staff.

Howard is a MBA and has attended Executive Programmes at the University of Virginia and the London Business School. The findings of his MBA dissertation ('The Characteristics of Top Sales People') have been published in The International Journal of Manpower.

Paul Duthoit - Director of Technology

Paul is the founding MD of Netsite Ltd, who originally developed the RecruitActive software in the late nineties, and so is very familiar with the day-to-day issues of running and managing software projects, large and small.

His earlier background is commercial banking (15 years) and he used his knowledge gained in the eighties, working on innovative ICT projects (including a mortgage tracking system for CIBC and The Common Trading Platform launched by the IFA sector), to put in place the foundation stones of Netsite Ltd.

Paul heads a team of experienced and professionally qualified creative designers and application developers whose jobs are to deliver solutions for clients.

Audrey Atkinson – Associate Director

 Audrey has spent 25+ years specialising in a hands on approach to HR & Operations Management to a range of SME’s, predominately in the service sector.
She has a wealth of experience in recruitment and all aspects of providing HR management to businesses undergoing rapid expansion.

Before founding Ontrack Partners, which offers Business Coaching & HR Consultancy, in 2003, Audrey was HR & Operations Director for Write Image Ltd, a Marketing Communications Agency who specialise in the Financial Information Technology sector.

Jackie Whitcombe – Associate Director

Prior to establishing her own business, Jackie worked for The Imperial Tobacco Group and GE Capital Global Consumer Finance Ltd, as a Human Resources Specialist.

Since 1997 Jackie has been the proprietor of Profile Human Resources, a company providing HR services within the public and private sector. These services include managing large and high profile recruitment projects, the use of psychometric techniques, identification of development needs and developing recruitment and assessment materials.

Jackie has also gained considerable experience through holding senior interim roles, mainly within the Department of Health and Home Office. Her most recent assignment has been as Interim Resourcing Lead for a public body.

Jackie has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Sociology and Economics from Brunel University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
