How the web recruitment system works

The RecruitActive system is designed to be simple to use, simple to understand and easy to implement and configure to fit the employer’s exact recruitment processes. It is provided as an Application Service Provision thus offering low setup costs.

Setup includes the design, creation and setting up of a fully branded careers website to advertise vacancies and manage applicants. The careers website includes jobs list and job details pages together with all supporting pages such as:

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Privacy Policy

All such pages are branded and styled in accordance with your style, together with links back to your corporate website.

  • How would you like the job pages to look and work - our designers will help you with this and build the pages to your exact brand and style
  • How do you want to advertise your vacancies – jobs descriptions, person specifications, etc
  • What type of application form(s) would you like applicants to complete
  • How do you want the recruitment work-flow to operate - and we'll help you with this
  • What correspondence do you want to make with candidates
  • What user groups and permissions would you like
